Cette série s’inscrit dans un projet intitulé Études, constitué d’auto-portraits où la recherche constante de facettes du corps à travers des mises en scène expérimentales sont chères à l'artiste. 

Jaune citron  est née dans le contexte du confinement. L’espace disponible à ce moment est la chambre de Pierre Beades. Cette pièce liée à l'enfance, doit désormais dévoiler de nouvelles interprétations et être abordée avec un oeil neuf. La recherche se tourne sur un nouvel aménagement de celle-ci avec la création d’une capsule. Ce terrain oriente le photographe sur la couleur et les contrastes. Le citron est l’élément principal, jouant avec le corps devenu accessoire. Le monochrome permet l’émergence du jaune. Les courbes se mélangent entre elles pour créer une unité circulaire qui finissent par estomper la reconnaissance d’un corps et nous plongent vers une abstraction où les détails et défauts du corps nous donnent des indices subtils de lecture.

Pierre Beades est un jeune photographe originaire de Normandie dont la rencontre avec la photographe Isabelle Chapuis fut déterminante pour son intérêt dans le travail du corps.

This series is part of a project entitled Études which is made up of self-portraits where the constant search for facets of the body through experimental stagings are important for the artist.

Jaune citron (lemon yellow) was born in the context of lock down. The space available at this time is Pierre Beades' bedroom. This piece linked to childhood must now reveal new interpretations and be approached with a fresh eye. Research is turning to a new development of it with the creation of a capsule. This ground directs the photographer on the color and the contrasts. The lemon is the main element, playing with the body that has become an accessory. The monochrome allows the emergence of yellow. The curves mix together to create a circular unity that ends up blurring the recognition of a body and plunging us towards abstraction.

Pierre Beades is a young French photographer from Normandy whose meeting with the photographer Isabelle Chapuis was decisive for his interest in the work of the body.
